Today, 12 February 2026, H.E. Caesar C. Waitara had the pleasure of receiving Mr. Leornard Mkude, Accountant General of the Goverment of Tanzania, at the High Commission of Tanzania in Windhoek, Namibia. Mr. Mkude is in Namibia on official visit.
