On 25th May 2026, the High Commission of the United Republic of Tanzania to Namibia, together with other High Commissions and Embassies, celebrated Africa Day at the Parliament Grounds of Namibia. The event brought together participating countries, each of which showcased its unique culinary dishes to the public.
The Guest of Honour at the event was Hon. Ambassador Selma Ashipala-Musavyi, Minister of International Relations and Trade of the Republic of Namibia.
