H.E. Caesar Chacha Waitara Attends Triumphant College Graduation Ceremony in Windhoek

On 20th May 2026, H. E. Caesar Chacha Waitara had the honour of participating in the Triumphant College Graduation Ceremony held at the Triumphant College Khomasdal Campus in Windhoek, Namibia.

During the ceremony, he had the privilege of conferring certificates upon Kiswahili language students who successfully met the institutional requirements and completed their Kiswahili Level 1 Course.

The event was graced by the Rt. Hon. Dr. Elijah Ngurare, Prime Minister of the Republic of Namibia, as the Guest of Honour.
